Job Description:

Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, located in Loudonville, NY, is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach. The position is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with all aspects of the program including, but not limited to, recruiting, practice organization, game preparation and administrative work. In addition, the Intramural Coordinator will be responsible for developing programing, general and nightly supervision of the Marcelle Athletic Complex during the fall intramural season. Additional responsibilities may include student worker scheduling, summer camp administrative coordination or assisting the athletic facilities office.

Annual Salary: $52,040.00 - Full Time/10- month position

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree, at least one year of relevant experience are required and playing and/or coaching experience preferred. A demonstrated ability to teach the skills of the game and strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are recommended. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment.
