Albright College is seeking applications for Assistant Softball Recruiting Coach. Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist head coach with day to day on field coaching.
2. Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
3. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
4. Assist with program fundraising.
5. Assist with planning and implantation of spring trip.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

1. COMMUNICATION:

   1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

2. SKILLS:

   1. Playing and/or coaching softball necessary.

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

   1. Coaching experience at high school or college level.
   2. Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive and equitable Albright community, as described in Albright College’s Inclusivity and Equity Statement.

4. EDUCATION:

   1. College degree or equivalent required.

5. LICENSES:

   1. Drivers license required.
   2. Child clearances required.
