What You’ll Do  The assistant softball coach’s responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all duties involved in running the softball program. Recruiting qualified student-athletes, organization and design of practice and competition, scheduling, travel arrangements, supervision of academic progress, coordinate and conduct off season workouts and perform other related duties as assigned by head coach.

Who We’re Looking For  
We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have: 

·         Graduation from a standard high school or equivalency diploma.

·         Experience in coaching at High School, Junior College or 4 Year Level .
