With groundbreaking in July 2021, Centre Athletics is constructing the $65 million Initiative for Wellness and Athletics Excellence (IWAE) project. The transformational facility will feature a new indoor fieldhouse, with a 200-meter track plus indoor turf, a 50-meter natatorium, a new baseball facility, plus a new stadium for football, lacrosse, and track and field. Included in this strategic initiative is over 6,000 square feet of additional strength and conditioning space.

Apply NowUnder the supervision of the Assistant AD for Sport Performance, this position provides assistance in the training of individuals and teams, as well as the day-to-day function of the Buck Fitness Center.
Essential Job Functions:
Education and Experience
Knowledge and Skills
Expert communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Team work attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced, highly-successful Division III athletic department a must. Knowledge of NCAA and SAA rules and regulations. Previous experience with strength and conditioning or fitness center management is a plus. Current strength and conditioning certifications a plus. Additional qualifications include being self-motivated, visionary, positive, energetic, eager to teach, supervisory experience, and the ability to foster a team environment is needed.
Physical Requirements:
Moderate physical activity. Requires handling up to 100 pounds. Standing and or walking for more than four hours per day.

Bachelor’s degree required. CSCS certification or be able to obtain this certification upon being selected for employment.
