Compensation: Up to 30 hours per week at $18.00 per hour
Hours are subject to approval by the Associate Athletic Director, COO
The Menlo College Athletics Department seeks applications for the position of Assistant Sports Information Director and Oaks Broadcaster. This position provides hands-on experience in collegiate athletics communications, broadcasting, media relations, statistics, digital content creation, and game operations while supporting Menlo College’s 15 NCAA varsity programs and six non-NCAA athletic programs.
Working closely with the Sports Information staff, the Assistant Sports Information Director and Oaks Broadcaster serves as the primary communications contact for assigned non-NCAA programs while supporting live event coverage, statistical reporting, website management, digital communications, broadcasting, and promotional initiatives across the department.
This opportunity is designed for individuals pursuing careers in sports communications, sports broadcasting, athletic administration, media relations, or collegiate athletics.

Supports the day-to-day operations of Sports Information, Broadcasting, Communications, and Game Operations within the Athletics Department through the effective execution of assigned responsibilities. This position is expected to uphold the department’s mission, vision, goals, and standards while complying with all Menlo College Athletics policies and the rules and regulations of all applicable governing bodies.
