Summary: The NCAA Division I Strength Coach is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes across various sports. This role focuses on optimizing athletic performance, enhancing injury prevention strategies, and promoting overall physical development. The Strength Coach will work closely with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and student-athletes to ensure safe and effective training practices that align with the goals of the athletic program.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
