Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach

Under the supervision of the Director of Football Performance, assist with the design and implementation of strength training and conditioning protocols and exercises for football student-athletes. This includes the utilization of multiple sports science platforms to best enhance power, explosion, and speed development. This position will assist in all areas related to football student-athlete strength and conditioning development. Assist Director with serving as liaison between football coaches and football student-athletes on physical development. This position will also assist in preparation of training schedule throughout the year, record data relative to workout progressions, and set up of weight room for workouts. Assist football coaches in recruiting, and display positive light on the mission of the University.

Bachelor’s Degree (4 years)
Certification in one of the following
CSCS
/
USAW
/
CSCCA
(or similar)
1-2 years experience
