Job Description:

Siena College has an immediate opening for the full time Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Siena College is located in Loudonville, NY just two miles north of Albany. The College is a member of the NCAA and supports 22 Division I athletic programs which compete in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will be assigned to work primarily with men's and women's basketball and will help design strength and conditioning programs for varsity sports teams, monitor student athlete performance, work with head coaches in setting performance goals, and monitor weight room fitness equipment.

Annual Salary: $58,500.00

*The hiring salary above represents the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.

Requirements:

Qualifications include bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) experience in strength, conditioning, certified through a nationally accredited strength, and conditioning certification program accepted by the NCAA. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment.
