| Minimum Qualifications |
Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Master’s degree. Experience in strength and conditioning at the intercollegiate Division I institution. Either CSCS or CSCCa certification along with CPR certifications.

| Position Summary |
Assist the Director of Strength & Conditioning with all areas of training including weight programs, conditioning drills, and administrative duties as assigned.
|
| Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
Ability to design, teach, define, and administer strength & conditioning programs for football.
|
| Physical Demands |
Stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Close and distance vision, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but escalates to high during practice and athletic competitions. Driving as needed to perform job duties.

| Duties/Responsibilities |
Assist the Director of Football Strength and Conditioning in the areas of: coordinating strength and conditioning programs and counseling players; coordinating total off-season program while coaches are away, including summer conditioning programs; organizing pre-practice and game flex; team rules, regulations and morning motivation; organizing game day bench control; maintaining opponent information boards; monitoring player’s locker room.
