Job Description

The University of Sioux Falls is currently seeking applications for an Assistant Women’s Swimming Coach position. USF is affiliated with NCAA Division II and is part of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Job Description

The Assistant Swimming Coach reports directly to the Head Swimming Coach and the Director of Athletics. The role involves supporting all facets of the collegiate swimming program, including functioning as the recruiting coordinator. Responsibilities include aiding the head coach in daily team operations, organizing and conducting swimming camps, and focusing on athlete development in various areas such as skill enhancement in the pool, academic support, and mental training. Other responsibilities include recruitment, equipment upkeep, arranging travel, managing academic and community service activities, and adherence to NCAA compliance rules.
