ABOUT PROGRAM
Position Summary:
The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the athletic department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) and the Commonwealth Conference. For this part-time position, assist head coach with day-to-day operations of the program; coaching responsibilities; off campus, and on campus recruiting; use of front rush; skilled development of athletes; and all other duties assigned by the head coach.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist head coach with day-to-day on court coaching.
- Recruit prospective athletes. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
- Post all team activities, and announcements on social media
- Other duties as assigned
