Assist the head coach in all facets of the program including student athlete academic success, recruiting efforts, summer camps and ID camps, player development, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the head coach in all aspects of daily operations of the Tennis program. This includes but not limited to aid in training the varsity team, coaching the reserve team, recruiting, film breakdown, court maintenance, making arrangements for away contests and trips, and development of players during practice.
Maintaining good organization of the equipment and locker room,
Assist with administrative responsibilities that the tennis program are responsible for on a daily basis.
Game-day match preparations.
Monitoring the institutional facility for the purposes of safety and facility security.
Supervision is to prevent any activity that is dangerous to a student-athlete or other students. This does not allow the supervisor to direct or provide instruction to student-athletes while supervising.
Responsible for assisting with the Men’s and Women’s tennis team with training and organizing the daily operations.
Responsible for monitoring work-study tasks and approval of work-study hours.
Other duties as assigned by the Head Tennis Coach and/or the AD.

Qualifications
Required qualifications including:
Previous coaching and/or competitive experience at the collegiate level,
Experience with fundraising and social media,
Valid driver’s license, and
Knowledge of the NCAA, USA South, and institutional rules and regulations
Candidate should possess the ability to work well with their peers on staff and those within the athletic department and other departments on campus.
They must be able to motivate prospects and current student-athletes, have excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills.
They must have the ability to work in unpredictable weather conditions, step in to play/demonstrate at practice, if need be,
