This position will serve as an assistant to the Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, and Program Coordinator in the day-to-day activities of the Women’s Gymnastics program with an emphasis on team management and recruiting.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Two years of administrative experience*

Organized individual with strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal), leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task effectively with frequent interruptions

Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds

Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays and extensive overnight team travel

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of current NCAA Compliance rules and regulations, particularly in regards to recruitment of prospective student-athletes

* Experience as a student-athlete or student manager in an intercollegiate Gymnastics program may be accepted in lieu of work experience
