The Assistant Coach will assist the Director of Men’s and Women’s Track and Field in

administrative duties as assigned, and practice/meet coaching specifically for the
horizontal and vertical jumps. This position will also coordinate all home track meets
and perform other duties in the Athletic Department as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior coaching or competitive experience in Collegiate Track & Field
Credentials should reflect proven success and potential in coaching, recruiting,
and in working with student-athletes
Must be highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic and is excited about
being a great recruiter
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate high ethical standards and professional demeanor in all aspects of
career
