Job Description:

Responsible for coaching, recruiting, video editing, managing social media accounts, creating newsletter announcements, making team and recruiting travel arrangements, and fundraising for Trinity’s intercollegiate Division III Volleyball program. Teaching activity courses and a second assignment within the Athletic Department is required.

EDUCATION

Required:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.

Preferred:

Master's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

Varsity intercollegiate playing experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

Comprehension of the basic fundamentals of volleyball.

Coached or been a part of a volleyball program, preferably at the intercollegiate level.

Skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Computer skills.

Incredible work ethic.

Ability to manage multiple social media accounts.

Creativity.

Great team player.

Ability to multitask.

Problem solving.

Interpersonal skills and mentoring.

Ability to properly give feedback and verbal cues.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Preferred:

CSCS certification.
