PERA is currently accepting applications for a part-time, non-benefits eligible, .40 FTE Assistant Coach of Volleyball.

Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the program; including the planning and execution of successful and challenging practices, coaching during the non-traditional and traditional season, player development, game preparation, recruiting, scouting, fundraising and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Start date is August 1, 2025

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required and 1-3 years of work related experience.

• The successful candidate must have collegiate playing experience, leadership skills, role modeling, organizational, and interpersonal skills and have an understanding of NCAA Division III regulations.

• Experience using Front Rush recruiting software a plus but not required.

• Valid driver’s license and clearance to drive College vehicles required. 

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required upon hire.

• A complete background check will be conducted.
