Job Summary/Basic Function
The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach has an appreciation for and an understanding of the mission, vision, and values of the College and is committed to advancing the mission, vision, and values of the Athletics Department.
The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible to assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach in the administration of an
NCAA
Division
III
women’s basketball program in accordance with institutional,
NCAA
and Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rules and regulations. The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible to assist in aspects of the women’s basketball program assigned by the Head Coach.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned in game/event management, teaching, coaching, and/or other administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of coaching experience or by equivalent education/experience.

Salary – $37,500 – $40,315 annually ($18.03 – $19.38 per hour)
The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position’s requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
