Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: serve as lead scouter; serve as director of player development; assist in practice planning, game preparation and game coaching; assist in upkeep of all software and technology used by team staff; serve as liaison to the Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach.

Five years of related experience, which may include playing, coaching, or support staff at the collegiate level.

Master’s degree. Former player. Ability to motivate student-athletes both academically and athletically. Extensive knowledge of Synergy Sport Tech, Hudl Sports Code, and
ARMS
software. Evidence of ability and desire to work with a diverse student population.
