Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,714 to $7,135 per month

Commensurate with education, experience and qualifications. (Coaching positions are not tenure track and do not guarantee future employment rights.)

Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Some positions, depending upon University needs and operations, may be eligible for remote work, one day per week, pursuant to Fresno State's remote work guidelines and the CSU policy.

The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. • Have strong communication and motivation skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and policies.
• Coaching philosophy and teaching concepts must be compatible with those of the Head Coach.
• Ability to work cooperatively with coaches, staff, faculty, students, and members of the community.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education or by an equivalent international institution of higher education.
• Played collegiate basketball or minimum of five (5) years of experience coaching or managing at the collegiate level.
