Under the direct supervision of the Head Women's BasketballCoach, the Assistant Coach has the responsibility of carrying out all duties assigned by the Head Women's BasketballCoach as they relate to the administration of the sport and to always work in the best interest of the program, the Athletic Department, and the University.

Assist in developmentofrecruitment plan and actively recruit student athletes.
Assist in development ofand actively participate in a plan to enhance public relations for the basketball program.
Track academic progress of student-athleteswithin the program
Establish and maintain an ethical and moral code of behavior and living that is expected of all playersand staff memberswithin the program
Develop practice schedules and teach the fundamental skills of the game.
Follow allNCAA, conference and institutional policies.
Actively participate in campus committees and forums.
Support the philosophy and mission of the department and institution.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Rules education, satisfactory rules knowledge and documenting compliance activities are mandatory and athletics personnel will be evaluated on their performance
