PRIMARY DUTY: This position will serve as an assistant women’s basketball coach

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as an assistant basketball coach with duties to include on the floor coaching, recruiting, scouting and the training of team members
• Assist with and/or lead student-athlete support: compliance, academic support, mentoring, and program development/organization
• Assist and/or direct summer basketball youth and team camps
• Assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with other duties as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics

Experience: Coaching experience

WORKING CONDITIONS: This position must work and travel nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. This position must purchase and maintain a cellular device and service that will be used for work functions. This position must be responsible for plan choices, calling areas, service features, terminations clauses, and paying for all charges associated with the cellular device and service.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
