Apply NowThe Assistant Coach will assit the head coach in all phases of the hockey program. Assist in developing and coordinating a program in a highly competitive NCAA Division III environment. Major emphasis will be on recruiting, practice planning and implementation and video breakdown. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ability to demonstrate and teach ice hockey techniques, tactics, skills, and understand systems and game strategies. Ability to use video break down equipment including but not limited to: HUDL, Instat, IMovie, Livebarn, Hockey TV.
Knowledge of NCAA and rules and regulations. Basic computer skills including google platforms. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as being able to supervise others. Able to lift and carry heavy items (up to approximately 25 lbs.) Willingness to work nights and weekends. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Preferred playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level. Valid Driver License.
