The primary purpose of this position is to provide support, and to complement, the head coach in day to day program operations. This is a two-year, 6-month per year position funded in part through the NCAA Division III Coaching Enhancement Grant, awarded to institutions that are committed to enhancing underrepresented groups in intercollegiate athletics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Collaborate with head coach on the development of practices

● Educate and instruct student-athletes in the training of their sport

● In-game coaching, real-time problem solving, tactical adjustments

● Analyze video and use as a tool to educate student-athletes

● Facilitate prospect identification camps
