Job Description

Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Women’s Assistant Lacrosse Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Women’s Lacrosse program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, scouting opponents, recruiting and the planning & execution of team practices, workouts, meetings & activities. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work to complement this process. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and/or administration.

The Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach serves the Department of Athletics, Fitness and Recreation in the Division of Student Affairs. This position reports to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach and supports the mission of the College in its focus on student development, outcomes and success. This is a ten (10) month position with benefits that includes morning, evening and weekend responsibilities.
