Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach
The Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach , in conjunction with and under the supervision of the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, will assist in all facets of facilitating Chatham University’s Division III Women’s Lacrosse program.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with all on-field coaching responsibilities for training and games.
Design and develop specialized, sport-specific training during the traditional and non-traditional seasons to minimize injury and maximize player potential.
Assist with recruiting for the Women’s Lacrosse program.
Identify, contact, develop, and maintain relationships with high-quality prospective student-athletes on a national scale.
Serve as the program’s communications coordinator and assist with all social media accounts, alumni relations communications, program newsletters, and community outreach initiatives.
Serve as a role model and assist with mentoring and managing student-athletes both on and off the lacrosse field. Must demonstrate a commitment to the overall growth, well-being, and success of student-athletes in adherence with NCAA Division III, PAC, and Chatham University guidelines.
Assist with issuing, maintaining, collecting, and keeping an inventory of all lacrosse uniforms and equipment.
Assist with coordinating team travel plans.
Upload home games to the conference sharing site. Review and edit video for the team and individual players.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required.
Previous coaching experience preferred.
Participation in a collegiate-level lacrosse program preferred.
