Under the direct supervision of the Head Coach, assist with the responsibilities of a Division I Women's Rowing program which includes open- and lightweight rowers in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations. Primary responsibilities include:
- Teaching and instructing student-athletes in the fundamentals of Division I Collegiate Rowing
- Provide guidance, motivation and leadership development to student-athletes
- Travel to away competitions throughout the competitive collegiate season
- Organization of data and analytics
- Equipment management
- Execute national and international recruiting
Additional areas of responsibility may include: planning and conducting team practices, individual skill instruction, departmental collaboration, performance of administrative, academic and public relations duties, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Conditions of Appointment: This is a Limited appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
