JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Coach will help the Head Coach in all facets of running the Women’s Soccer Program, which will entail, coaching, recruiting and general duties in the office.

The University reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND TASKS

Assist the head coach with the organization, development and implementation of a competitive, Division III Women’s Soccer program; instruct student-athletes in rules of the game, rule changes, new developments, and innovative ideas.

EDUCATION/SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

• Coaching experience

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Coaching will be on field and sometime in the Fitness Center (supervisory role)
