General Function:
Andrew College is seeking an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach to help administer all areas related to a highly competitive
soccer program. The Assistant Women’s soccer coaches responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all aspects of the
soccer program, including but not limited to, training session organization, game preparation, recruitment, scouting, team
travel, fundraising, special events, and academic monitoring. The successful candidate must adhere to all NJCAA, Georgia

dynamics of a small college setting and have the ability to take on several tasks outside the coaching arena towards success for
the Athletic Department and Andrew College as a whole.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Women’s Soccer program.
Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
- Good driving record with ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Soccer Coach and Athletic Director
Interact and develop healthy relationships with other Andrew College departments
Working Conditions
required to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. However, consideration will be given to those candidates with an equivalent combination of
education, experience, and training. Previous head or assistant collegiate level coaching experience preferred. A valid driver’s
license is required.
