Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility:

This is a 12 month full-time position, that will begin August 1, 2024. Employment is conditional upon a background check and verification of work authorization.

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating all aspects of the soccer program,

2. Coaching all practices and contest for both JV and Varsity

3. Recruiting responsibilities.

4. Will require frequent evenings, mornings, and weekends hours, as well as travel.

5. Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.

6. Will need a valid driver’s license and will be required to transport players to and from the

airport as well as drive to some games.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Required)

Desired Qualifications:

1. Previous coaching experience required.
   
2. Good Communication skills
   
3. Strong organization, computer, and leadership skills
   
4. Loyal
   

Physical Requirements:
1. You need to be physically fit, in order to help run practices and do day to day job requirements.
2. You will be required to help line and keep up the soccer fields.
3. Work requires the physical demands of standing, bending, lifting, stooping or performing other work requiring light physical exertion (up to 30 pounds) on an occasional basis (up to 15% of time) and frequent walking; or moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds) on an intermittent
basis (not a routine part of the job).

Environmental Conditions:

Work is performed under basically normal working conditions as in a standard office environment.
