This position is responsible to the head women’s soccer coach for providing coaching expertise to the intercollegiate women’s soccer program; assist with the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes.
Teaching and coaching student-athletes to develop and acquire the tactical, technical, and physical knowledge required to be a competitive Division I intercollegiate level student-athlete. Responsible for skill instruction and development during individual and team practices, and competition.
Talent assessment and recruiting. Assists in conducting a successful recruiting program to identify and cultivate outstanding student- athletes to Ohio University.
Assist with the administration of the women’s soccer program and team travel arrangements. Ensure the women’s soccer program is in compliance with
NCAA
, Mid-American Conference, and Ohio University regulations. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree. Collegiate women’s soccer coaching experience.
Division I women’s soccer coaching experience.
ICA-Soccer
Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
