Albright College is seeking applications for Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. Albright College is seeking applications for Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. For this part-time position, assist head coach, with day-to-day operations of the program; coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist head coach with day to day on field coaching.
2. Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
3. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
4. Assist with planning and implantation of pre-season practices.
5. Post all team activities and announcements on social media.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

1. COMMUNICATION:

   1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

2. SKILLS:

   1. Playing and/or coaching soccer necessary.
   2. Knowledge of social media and the HUDL website preferred.
   3. Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive and equitable Albright community, as described in Albright College’s Inclusivity and Equity Statement.

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

   1. Coaching experience at high school or college level.

4. EDUCATION:

   1. College degree or equivalent required.

5. LICENSES:

   1. Drivers license required.
   2. Child clearances required.
