Apply NowNew College of Florida (NCF) is launching a new collegiate women’s soccer program that will compete with some of the best competition in the NCAA and NAIA. We are looking for part-time assistants who will help lead the program based around our athletic department core values:
· Attracting student-athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards and core values.
· Practice and game planning execution
· Daily practice plans
· Innovative statistical analysis
· Building a championship culture for the program.
· Creating / Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida.
· Lead player mentorship will work with the student-athletes and lead a mentorship program that will help our students.
Skills and Abilities:

· Strong communication and recruiting s
· Strong organizational skills
The person may need to work flexible hours. Weekends may be necessary depending on our game schedule. You will work with the college staff and work with the Athletic Director to create an innovative, competitive environment for the players.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
