Purpose of Role

Under general supervision of the Head Coach the Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach assists the head coach in developing student-athletes academically and athletically for the women's volleyball program and contributes to the educational mission of the University by offering direction and instruction in the area of women' volleyball.

About This Opportunity

Joining our Athletics team, the Assistant Women's Volleyball (10 months) will be responsible for the following:
Contribute to the educational mission of the University by coordinating the instruction of student-athletes in the area of (sport) training and competition;

• Assist with the recruitment of student-athletes for the (sport) program;
• Assist in planning practice, conducting practices, and game prep.
• Provides motivation and support for the student-athletes;
• Transports student-athletes to and from practices and competitions utilizing college-owned vehicles;

• Assist in planning practice, conducting practices, and game prep.
• Provides motivation and support for the student-athletes;
• Transports student-athletes to and from practices and competitions utilizing college-owned vehicles;
• Operates the program under the rules and regulations of the College, the NCAA, and the ECC.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
• $5000 per semester
