The Associate AD of Development position is a professional fundraising position responsible for leading the Nebraska Athletics annual giving program including priority seating, premium seating, constituency engagement and development communication in concert with strategic priorities and objectives. This position will also identify, cultivate, solicit and steward a targeted portfolio of fundraising prospects aimed at raising private donor support for Nebraska Athletics. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ progressive development experience. Experience working in intercollegiate athletics. Must have knowledge and understanding of
NCAA
rules and regulations.
Master’s Degree and Division I work experience preferred. Direct experience working with and managing annual giving projects and donors preferred. Thorough experience managing venue reseating processes and plans. Familiarity with databases such as Salesforce and Paciolan is preferred.
