The Associate Coach, Men's Baseball, serves as the lead assistant to the Head Coach and assists in the administration of all aspects of the NCAA Division I Men's Baseball program. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Three (3) years of NCAA Division I coaching experience or equivalent professional baseball coaching experience.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, player development, and program operations.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.
Experience coordinating multiple aspects of a collegiate baseball program.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree.
Experience serving as a lead assistant coach at the NCAA Division I level.
Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing student-athletes.
