Primary Responsibilities:

Prioritize requests from coaches and administration regarding Athletic facility maintenance.
Oversee plans for athletic facilities maintenance and improvements.
Sport Administrator of teams as assigned.
Oversight of Media Services.
Responsible for practice scheduling, competition scheduling and all related use of facilities.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree.
At least 4 years’ experience in athletic facility operations and 1 year of supervisory and coordinative experience.
Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Working knowledge and experience with athletics events and/or facility operation.
Ability to develop policies and procedures related to facilities operations.
Must possess time management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as be task-oriented.
Ability to read, understand, perform, and enforce all policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, local, university, and department established guidelines.
Strong verbal communication, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
Self-directed, innovative and a strong problem solver in setting priorities and meeting goals.
Ability to work scheduled hours including nights and weekends as needed to satisfy athletic facility needs for athletic contests and special/home events.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master’s degree.
