Quinnipiac University is a private, coeducational institution located 90 minutes north of New York City and two hours from Boston. Manage special events with a focus on enhanced revenue generation, campus & community engagement and alumni outreach
Work in conjunction with the M & T Bank Arena marketing staff to coordinate advertising strategies designed to benefit the University and its partners
For partners interested in additional engagement beyond athletics, facilitate connection to campus partners
Bachelor's degree required
Experience may substitute for some of the above education requirements
5+ years of experience in corporate sponsorship, partnership development, or revenue generation, preferably in a sports or university setting
Demonstrated success in developing and managing corporate partnerships, including contract negotiation and sponsor agreement development
Proven ability to conduct market analysis and implement strategies that drive revenue growth
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing, with experience overseeing fulfillment of sponsor commitments
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including athletics, campus departments, and corporate partners
Experience in managing special events and projects with a focus on community engagement, revenue generation, and alumni outreach
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Knowledge of NCAA regulations and commitment to upholding University compliance
A track record of creative problem-solving and strategic thinking in support of sponsorship and partnership goals
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
