Athletic External Affairs
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience;
or
Master’s degree and one (1) year of related experience. Relevant experience may substitute for required education.
The department is especially interested in candidates with high-level fundraising experience, specifically with major gifts, as well as experience working within a Division 1 Athletics Department.
The department will begin screening candidates immediately
Monday-Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Will require work beyond normal schedule including nights, weekends, some holidays, and travel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

-Knowledge of college athletics
-Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
-Ability to foster relationships with donors at all levels
-Knowledge of fundraising best practices and strategies

NCAA
policies and procedures.
