The Associate Director of Athletics Development/Associate Athletics Director, Development is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Crusader Athletics Fund (CAF) and overseeing the development and implementation of the athletics annual giving strategy to support the College’s 27 varsity sports.
The Associate Director of Athletics Development/Associate Athletics Director, Development, in collaboration with the Director of Athletics Development and the annual giving team, is responsible for leading initiatives focused on athletics annual giving and monitoring and reporting on progress toward the annual CAF goal. This position must work closely with Advancement fundraisers in Individual Giving, Annual and Parent Giving, and key partners in the athletics department, including the Associate Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, athletics administration and head coaches, to meet sport-specific annual fundraising goals.
