Position Responsibilities:

Oversee facilities, recruiting, hiring, and training coaches, staff, and student employees

Oversee scheduling and field rentals of intercollegiate contests

Manage events and coordinate transportation, food, and other travel needs of athletics teams

Perform end-of-season/year evaluations

Ensure departmental compliance with the NCAA and Skyline Conference

Experience & Education Background:

Bachelor's degree required

Masters preferred

3-5 years of related athletics experience, preferably at the collegiate level

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal skills

Google docs

Excel

Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are not required, but a plus

Ability to work various hours, including nights and weekends throughout the year

Excellent written/oral communication

Outstanding organizational skills

Familiarity with statistics software

Ability to work as part of a team and develop effective relationships with peers, students, and employees

Assumes responsibility to ensure issues/concerns will be addressed and monitors them through the conclusion

Identifies, defines, and analyzes information and situations before recommending a course of action

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000
