What We're Looking For
The Associate Director of Development - Athletics will support the mission of the University by cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a portfolio of major and annual gifts to Baylor, specifically for Baylor Athletics.
A bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience in a major gift fundraising or sales role, preferably in college athletics, and an active Christian faith are required. A master's degree and 5 years of experience are preferred.
A validTexas Driver License with a clear driving recordof at least two years is required.
A successful candidate will have/possess strong character and self-starting/driven work ethic, curiosity to learn more about people, high emotional intelligence, a coachable spirit, and a persistence to initiate and cultivate key donor relationships.
