The Associate Director of Sport Performance is responsible for the development, nutrition, and management of individual and group sports performance programs for student-athletes participating in the intercollegiate athletics program under the supervision of the Assistant AD for Sport Performance.

Minimum Required Education and Experience
At least 3 years of experience in sports performance at the intercollegiate level is required. Must be certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and/or Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).
Preferred Education and Experience
Strength and conditioning experience in a NCAA Division I level program is preferred.
