The Iowa State University Athletics Department is seeking hard working, responsible, motivated candidates for an entry-level, post-graduate associate position supporting Athletics Marketing operations. This position will receive exposure to professional aspects of collegiate athletics marketing in a progressive learning mode.
The ideal candidates should have creativity and marketing/promotion skills; proficient use of social media; ability to plan, multi-task & problem solve; good communication skills; be committed to customer service and fan experience. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse clientele. This position works primarily daytime office hours but schedules will fluctuate weekly and require the ability to work at assigned evening and weekend events.
Position Details : Structured similar to a post-grad internship. $28,000 annualized salary, plus overtime pay; receives paid time off; full benefits package.
Term of Appointment : July 2024 - May 2025
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship through the term of employment.

• May lead projects of limited scope and complexity
• May provide guidance to students
