The general purpose of this position is to work directly with the Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach on the design and execution of the strength training and conditioning programs for football student-athletes. Design and implementation for additional Olympic sports assignments under supervision of the Director of Sports Performance
Directly supervise the Assistant Football Strength and Conditioning Coach
Coordinate training facility cleaning and maintenance of equipment

The following Degree is Required:
The following Degree is preferred: - Bachelor’s Degree required in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
The following Experience is required: - 1 year experience in a NCAA member strength & conditioning program, working with Men’s and Women’s teams.
The following Experience is preferred: - USA Weightlifting certification and the experience of training football for 2 years
The following licenses, certifications, or registrations is required: (Please ensure the certification is documented on your official application and the proof is uploaded with your submission.)
Must be certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association or Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association
Documented CPR and AED certifications
