Job Summary:

Goshen College seeks applicants for an Associate Head Track and Field Coach. Coaching
responsibilities will include assisting with the management of all facets of the Goshen College Track and Field programs.

This position pays $34,575 annually.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting, development, and retention of student-athletes.
• Assist with the schedule, organizing and conducting competitions, team travel, and weekly practice sessions
• Maintaining compliance with Goshen College, NAIA, Crossroads League conference rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Demonstrated knowledge of skills, techniques Candidates must be committed to the community standards, mission and core values of Goshen College.
