UMKC’s Intercollegiate Athletics Department is seeking to hire an Associate or Deputy Athletics Director/ Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO is responsible for the oversight, direction, and strategic planning for increased departmental revenues, Roo Athletic Fund, fan and VIP experience, special events, ticket operations and corporate partnerships. The CRO will report directly to the Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics.
A member of the Summit League, the UMKC Kangaroos are referred to as Kansas City’s NCAA Division I team with 16 different sports teams. The Roos boast their excellence in coursework achievement, integrity, and sport.

Associate Athletics Director Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Deputy Athletics Director Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
$85,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity
