Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field and three years of experience in strength and conditioning training with collegiate or professional athletes. Certification as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) or Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) along with CPR and First Aid Certification. Proficiency with all Olympic lifts and variations. Working knowledge of conditioning, speed, and agility training. The educational requirements may not be offset.
Position Description:
The Associate Strength Coach for Football will help provide leadership and implementation of all strength and conditioning programs for the University of Louisville Football program. This position will report directly to the Head Strength Coach for Football.
