About This Role:
The Associate Women’s Volleyball Coach assists the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach with directing and supervising the operation of the volleyball program within the rules and regulations of the Texas State University System, Lamar University, the Southland Conference, and the NCAA. The position requires a commitment to compliance and academics leading to graduation of student-athletes. The position will also support the Women’s Volleyball program through fundraising, recruiting, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 5 years NCAA Division I and/or professional experience as a volleyball coach required
- Knowledge of NCAA rules required
- Strict adherence to established NCAA, Southland Conference, Texas State University System and Lamar University rules and regulations is required. A violation of these rules and regulations can lead to disciplinary action including termination.
