Leads and provides oversight of the UNI Panther Scholarship Club (PSC); primarily cultivates PSC donors at the UNI Pride level and above and manages a PSC prospects list; identifies new prospects, including personal visits, calls, and meetings; assists in the development of new and innovative methods for increasing revenue and the number of volunteers recruited; responsible for increasing current and generating new revenue for the department; leads and coordinates the efforts of Women at Play and Rally in the Valley; and coordinates ticketing promotions and all season renewal forms and correspondence with season ticket holders and fans.
Bachelor's degree in sports management/administration, business, marketing, or related field required.
At least two years of combined experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, donor relations or athletic box office required. Frequent evening and weekend work and occasional travel will be necessary.
Master's degree in sports management/administration, business, marketing, or related field plus collegiate athletic department experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, donor relations or athletic box office preferred.
