Asst Coach, Women's Soccer

The Department of Athletics at Drew University, is seeking a part-time Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer, for a twelve (12)-month appointment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach, Soccer in all aspect of the athletic program, including but not limited to: practice, game preparation, team management, recruiting, fundraising, community service, and player development in practice and games; in accordance with the NCAA Division philosophy.
• Support the Head Coach with administrative and office management duties.
• Oversee game supervision and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletics Director.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; collegiate playing and/or coaching experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficiency with common software applications.
• Ability to effectively communicate within the university community as well as with recruits, families, officials and other external partners.
• Commitment to compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations.
